Cancellation of Orders
Orders are normally dispatched to you within 1 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must send us an email to confirm. If your order has not been dispatched yet, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. Ref the Data Protection Act 1984. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage any criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Hannah Rebecca will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has left our premises or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '14 working days starting the day after delivery'. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Hannah Rebecca. We are unable to accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
Some items are non-returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. The right to cancel does not apply to goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods (if they become unsealed after delivery).
For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept any colour cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange.
You must contact us by phone or email us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to us along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Health & Safety
Many of our treatments will require a patch test 24 hours beforehand. This is for your own safety. You will be notified in advance if it is necessary and asked to sign a disclaimer before your treatment. We will not proceed with the treatment if any adverse effects are seen after the patch test. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY.
We maintain an extremely high standard of hygiene. Should you become aware of anything which makes you doubt this, please let us know immediately. This is for the protection of all our clients.
